A- Business Visa.

Visa Application Form in order to be processed, it must be clearly filled (printing or hand - writing), using capital letters, and specifically according to the Passport information
1) Colored copies of the passport up to page No. 3
2) Recent Photograph (Size: 4.3 x 3.5 cm) showing full face with white background .
3) Hotel Reservation or clear resident address and Telephone numbers and letter of sponsor (if the sponsor is Lebanese national copies of passport, ID card, Registration Certificate) if sponsor is foreigner a copy of Resident Permit valid for at least 3 months must be attached .
4) Return Ticket [non refundable, non transferable].
5) Bank statements for the last 3 months indicating financial status to bear this visit or proof of sufficient amount to finance the stay in Lebanon.
6) A Declaration Or Document Proves Image Chef Of The Applicant (Employee-Occupation: Student-Retired-Sahibi Of Companies)
7 (For those who are not working must submit the documents as article 6 and 7
8) Copy attach Resident Permit valid for more than 6 months for the applicable person who is not resident of his own country

9-2 For Palestinian And your authority without Jordanian National Resident Number Of Occupied : Palestine, of a the copy of permission to return to the authority territories (issued recently)
9-3 Regarding holder of travel document (FREMMEDPAS), a copy of re-entry and a copy of Resident Permit valid for at least 6 months.
- Invitation letter from the Business partner in Lebanon addressed to Lebanese Embassy - Islamabad indicating the required duration of stay, name, address and Telephone numbers must be sent to the Embassy directly by Email or Fax, From Lebanon on following email address: lebanonembassypakistan@gmail.com
- Copy of the Business / Chamber membership of the invitee.
- Proof of the Business relations with invitee
- Recommendation Note from CCI, or FPCCI, EPB along with the Membership Certificate (valid up to current year)
- If the Visa is approved from the Embassy applicant has to pay in cash the below mentioned Fee;

B- Tourist Visa

C- Family Visit
- All document mentioned in article B
- Document prove family relationship (birth certificate, marriage certificate or Registration Certificate)
D- Medical Treatment Visit
- All document stated in article B
- Medical reports of the patient, statement of schedule of the concerned doctor. Required period of stay in Lebanon for treatment.
E-To attend training course
- All document mentioned in article B
- Invitation letter along with program of the course and duration of training.
F- Transit Visa
- Visa or Resident Permit of the destination country
- Reservation (Ticket) of the destination country.
G- Study Visit
- Admission document of any official approved Universities, Schools or Institutions in Lebanon or invitation letter from any of these.
- Proof of sufficient amount to finance the study and other routine expenses during stay in Lebanon
- Those who are awarded scholarships can be exempted from producing admission certificates, financing the study through providing the letter of acceptance for scholarship.
ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENT MUST BE PRESENTED IN ARABIC, FRENCH OR IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE
THE DIRECTORATE OF GENERAL SECURITIES CAN ASKS FOR MORE DOCUMENTS IF IT DEEMS NECESSARY.
Time duration:
- Visa application submitted through the Lebanese Embassy requires many administrative procedure (to be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through Diplomatic Mail, security checking, legal administrative and review of the decision) and that the applicable is required to submit the case before one month from the date of travel in order to expedite the application and respond well in time.
Covid-19 SOPs for all inbound travelers to Lebanon w.e.f 25/12/2021

This procedure applies to all travelers except children under 12 years.
1. Register on MOPH PASS platform of the Ministry of Public Health.

2. In case a PCR Test from Country of Origin is requested 48 hours before arrival, the result must be uploaded on MOPH PASS platform.
3. Upload the COVID-19 vaccine certificate, if available.
4. All Passengers who arrives in Lebanon, except children under 12 years shall administer PCR Test upon their arrival at Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport (BRHIA)
5. Starting from 10/01/2022, all passengers should pay PCR Test Fees in advance through one of the following options:
1. By Credit Card
2. By EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document)
paid at one of the IATA Travel & Tourism Agencies or at one of the IATA sales agents of the Airline coming on board.
6. Upon arrival at the Airport, EMD shall be delivered to the representatives of the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health.
7. After registering on the MOPH Pass platform, a QR code will be sent to passenger via text message with a link to download it. Keep a copy of the QR Code and the documents uploaded on the MOPH PASS platform and the EMD receipt. The QR Code will be used to verify the information of each traveler before entering Lebanon.
8. All Passengers should remain home quarantined until informed about the PCR result. The passenger will receive the result of PCR Test via SMS with a link to download the result within 48 hours. In case the test result is positive, the infected should immediately call the COVID Hotline Number 1787 to obtain the necessary instructions. All travelers are kindly requested to adhere to the preventive measures and instructions issued by the Ministry of Public Health.
